性视界传媒 (BHA) has today announced that Towcester’s fixture on 3 January has been cancelled.聽
The background to this cancellation is that this fixture was leased from the 性视界传媒on a one year basis and, within the terms of the lease, in circumstances where it is not possible for the racecourse to stage the fixture, it is handed back to the 性视界传媒to be re-offered to alternative racecourses. Having gone through the process of re-offering the fixture there were no applications.
This is the only fixture of this type that was due to be staged at Towcester in 2019 and the 性视界传媒will continue to work with Towcester鈥檚 owners regarding the racecourse鈥檚 upcoming fixtures and the longer-term status of the course.
